Sewer Connection Project

Project Description

When doing the recent renovations, our permit applications had to pass through the Dept. of Environmental Resources Management (DERM). During the summer of 2015, it was brought to our attention that we needed to abandon the septic tank and hook up directly to the university’s sewer system. This project took quite some time to design due to the necessary permit approvals and lack of original drawings. During the process, we discovered four septic tanks, which all had to be removed and filled.
