Project Description

As part of this project, all damaged walls were repaired and the HVAC unit doors were upgraded to meet the fire code. We also removed the old kitchen steam table and dishwasher due to rust and mold. The serving area was rebuilt and the knee wall in the loft was adjusted up to meet code requirements. New paint and refinishing of the original terrazzo floors were completed to finish off the project.
