Residence House Floor, Door, and Ceiling Project

Project Description

In all bedrooms, the hollow metal frames were rebuilt, new steel doors and thresholds were added, all locksets were adjusted and rekeyed, and the spring hinges were adjusted to automatically close. The main internal stairs were rebuilt to meet building code as to riser heights, the corridor floors were floated to be level, new wood baseboards were installed, and a new large format porcelain tile floor was added. On the 1st floor, a new ceiling grid was added, moisture resistant Humiguard 2×2 ceiling tiles were added and energy-efficient LED lighting was added. On the 2nd floor, new energy-efficient LED lighting was added and all missing/broken ceiling tiles were replaced.
