Project Description

During the most recent fire marshal inspection, the board was informed that the building did not meet current code on the first floor. As a result, we were required to add a secondary means of egress to the first floor. We created a new hallway connecting the first floor to the rear parking area. This resulted in the loss of one half of a room, turning a double occupancy room into a single.
