The Sigma Chi 6100 San Amaro Corporation is a Florida 501c7 not-for-profit company that oversees the management of the greek housing at 6100 San Amaro Drive on the University of Miami campus located in Coral Gables, FL.

Our Services
We work with our trusted team of contractors to provide capital improvements to the property in the form of restoration and renovation projects.
We provide property management services including issuing leases, collecting rent, providing cleaning services, and maintaining utilities for the property.
We work with the University and the Fraternity to ensure the long-term survivability of the property through a strategic vision created with input from all stakeholders.
LATEST PROJECTS
Each year, the Board of Directors carefully chooses capital improvement project based to ensure
the property is regularly updated to meet building code requirements as well as the needs of the residents.
